SureShip® is a next-day service designed for quick turnarounds on decoration for qualifying promotional product orders. If your order meets all requirements and is fully processed by 9PM EST (Leed’s and Bullet) or 5PM EST (Trimark), we’ll get your order picked, decorated and out the door the very next business day for just $50 [G]! Look for the SureShip logo image icon on the top right section of the product page to confirm SureShip® eligibility!

SureShip® Order Requirements

The following requirements apply to all SureShip® orders:

  • Item and decoration method qualifies.
  • ONE decoration method only.
  • ONE decoration location (umbrellas: up to two).
  • Standard decoration locations only.
  • ARTWORK IS PRODUCTION READY (Vector art file requiring no changes)
  • No less than minimum quantities. See chart below for maximum quantities by deco method and brand
  • All Items ship from one decoration location.
  • Waiving of digital proof
  • All order processing requirements are met and completed by the cutoff time.

All SureShip® orders are subject to a $50 [G] fee.

SureShip® For Pickup Orders:
Pickup orders will be available the day after the SureShip® date

Example: For an order processed by the cutoff time on Monday
will be available for pickup on Wednesday.

Decoration Exclusions

Leed’s and Bullet

  • Sublimation/Infusion: Available for neoprene shoelaces on orders under 500 units; belts excluded.
  • Embroidery: Not available on blankets and any orders with more than 10,000 stitches

Bullet

  • Color Pad Print & Color Print Silkscreen: Limited to single PMS color.
  • Ceramic Items: Laser decoration not available.
  • Lanyards: Sublimation not available

Leed’s

  • Color Pad Print: Available with up to three PMS colors.

General Exclusions:
Our decoration services exclude less-than-minimum orders typesetting, art modifications, spec samples, self-promotions, special handling or insertions, paper proofs or pre-production samples, orders with more than 10 drop shipments, and Perfectly Packaged orders.

Production Ready Artwork: A vector art file sent to size requiring no changes.

Reorders: Include previous P.O. number, order number or invoice number. For reorders placed after 18 months, artwork must be resubmitted.

3- Payment verification is complete Credit Clearance Hours: 8:00AM - 10:30 PM EST Monday through Friday Credit Clearance Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Monday through Friday If payment has not been verified by the end of Credit Clearance hours or the SureShip® cutoff time, whichever comes first, the SureShip® turnaround time will no longer apply.

Q: What is SureShip®?

A: SureShip®is a next-day service designed for quick turnarounds on decoration for qualifying promotional product orders. If you submit your order by 9PM EST for Bullet/Leeds (hardgoods), and 5PM EST for Trimark (apparel), we’ll get your order picked, decorated and out the door the very next business day. Orders MUST include production-ready artwork and all order information completed BEFORE cut off time to be considered submitted.

Q: What is the fee?

A: $40 NET.

Q: How do I know if my order qualifies for SureShip®?

A: Look for the SureShip® icon on the top right section of the specific product page (PDP). Factors such as required decoration method or order quantity may also dictate whether a particular product order qualifies for SureShip®.

Q: What is the cut off time for SureShip® order submission?

A: 9PM EST for Bullet and Leed’s, 5PM EST for Trimark

Q: What information is required in order for my order to meet the cut off time for processing?

A: Order must have PRODUCTION-READY ARTWORK (vector file sized correctly that does not need to be manipulated) and FULL ORDER DETAILS filled in to be considered complete and MUST be complete and submitted before the cut off time.

Q: My artwork is not ready for production. Can it still be used for a SureShip® order?

A: No. For example, if your art needs to have a tagline removed or be converted to Illustrator format, the order will not qualify for SureShip®. All qualifying orders MUST HAVE PRODUCTION-READY ARTWORK

Q: Is it possible to get a paper proof or pre-production sample for a SureShip® order?

A: No.

Q: Does new artwork qualify for embroidery orders under 10k stitches?

A: Yes! New artwork is included as well as reorders.

Q: Is there a limit on imprint locations?

A: SureShip® orders can only have one imprint location – with the exception of umbrellas, which can have two panels imprinted.

Q: Do gift sets qualify?

A: Yes. One imprint location per item.

Q: What factors might prevent an order from being SureShip® eligible?

A: The following factors unfortunately exclude orders from eligibility for SureShip® :

  • Non-standard imprint locations
  • Perfectly Packaged orders
  • Sample orders, such as spec samples, self-promos, etc.
  • Less-than-minimum orders
  • Orders that require special inserts or handling
    • Special inserts: Any additional materials or products that need to be included with the order, such as brochures, coupons, or marketing materials.
    • Special handling: Custom packaging requests or assembly that requires manual intervention beyond the normal packaging process.
  • Orders with 3D imprint methods
    • 3D imprint methods: This refers to imprint techniques that add a raised or dimensional element to the design, including HXD, epoxy, or other embossing methods that create a textured or multi-dimensional appearance.

Q: Does new artwork qualify for embroidery orders under 10k stitches?

A: Yes! New artwork is included as well as reorders.

Q: Are drop shipments available with SureShip®?

A: Yes. You can do up to 10 drop shipments.

Q: Can products originating from different PCNA facilities be combined for a SureShip® order?

A: No. As outlined in the chart above, because PCNA brand production facilities are located in different geographic locations, SureShip® orders unfortunately cannot be physically combined and shipped. In this situation we encourage you to place separate SureShip® orders by location

Q: Is it possible to get a paper proof or pre-production sample for a SureShip® order?

A: No.
