See Inventory in Real Time on PCNA.com

There’s nothing worse than finding the perfect product for a project and then learning that it’s out of stock. Fortunately, with inventory transparency on PCNA.com, you can track inventory in real time, seeing the exact available quantity of any individual product at any given time. You can also learn when new shipments are arriving, and even set alerts to notify you when an item is back in stock.

Here are some ways you can save time with inventory transparency on PCNA.com:

Choose a product on PCNA.com, either with the search function or by using the “Products” tab in the upper-left corner of the page. Once you’ve found the desired product, hover over its image and click the “Check Inventory” button. This will open a page that displays the item’s available inventory, broken down by color and size (where applicable). Now you know the exact quantity available, letting you satisfy customers with accurate quotes!

Know you’re going to need a certain quantity of an item for a certain date? Be prepared for big events and occasions by searching specific dates and quantities. 

First, find your desired product and click the “Check Inventory” button. Now, enter the date and quantity needed to see which colors and sizes will be available on that date, and when new shipments will be arriving.

Buying for a big event or an entire company? By clicking the ‘Deep Inventory’ tab, you can browse popular products with extra inventory, saving you time by hiding the items without enough inventory to fulfill your order. Even better, when an item no longer has deep inventory, it will automatically be removed from the page and its ‘Deep Inventory’ badge will disappear until more inventory is added.

Notice that an item you want is out of stock? Click on the product image to get to the product detail page, then click “Notify me when this color is back in stock.” Enter your email address or mobile number and desired quantity. No need to check back, we’ll send you an email or text when that quantity becomes available!
